Volunteer Sign-Up

1. When you bring your items for set up, they must be put away by yourself or whoever brought them for you. There will be people there to assist you, but you cannot just drop off your items and leave.

2. Every consignor must volunteer to work for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably on Saturday. Please sign up for more than one slot if possible.

3. AVAILABLE SHIFTS (Friday shifts are meant primarily for those volunteering 10 hours or more, or families with extenuating circumstances)

   • Friday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Filled
   • Friday 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Filled
   • Friday 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Filled
   • Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
   • Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
   • Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
   • Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
   • Saturday 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.

4. Volunteering without consigning is available only at these times:

   • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
   • Saturday: 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
   • Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Filled
   • Friday: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Filled

   This will make you eligible to shop our pre-sale on Friday, September 24th, 2010, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

5. Special Note: Any consignor who volunteers 10 hours or more will have the opportunity to begin pre-sale shopping with the resale staff Friday @ 7:00 p.m. and continue with the rest of the volunteers at 7:30 p.m.

6. To accurately track volunteer hours there will be sign in sheet that should be signed by all volunteers at the beginning of their volunteer shift.

7. Volunteers must be submitted online by September 15th, 2010. Hours are filled on a first requested basis. Waiting to request your preferred volunteer shifts may cause a scheduling conflict so Request Your Hours Early!!!
